Building a decentralized platform is one thing, building a decentralized organization is another.
We are betting on community to materialize our vision for Microangel DAO. To build, improve and maintain a platform through which our freedom and profits can flow.
To that end, we’re looking for individual contributors to join the first cross-functional teams at Microangel DAO.
DAO Founders
Composed of the DAO’s founders and an elected group of individuals serving a set term, this is the group of individuals responsible for building, maintaining and materializing the DAO platform, smart contracts, connected services and custodians of the DAO treasury.
The DAO treasury will be managed based on a multisig contract that must be signed by all members of the council to release funds, or automatically via proposal
Yield Bonuses
Members of the DAO Membership, DAO Dealflow Team, DAO Core Team and DAO Founders all enjoy Yield Bonuses directly proportional to their contributions.
Yield bonuses are additional to other rewards, payments or payroll earned in pursuit of functions for the DAO.
Collect DAO Bounties
The DAO Portfolio Parameters is run by the DAO Core Team, who may push bounties to the DAO Bounty Board and enlist the help of any willing developer in exchange for ETH.
These proposals created by the core team can be claimed by any developer who will earn the associated reward and any Yield Bonuses for token holders.
The DAO Bounty Board will also be used by the DAO Founders to complete any DAO-specific projects. These are effectively reverse-proposals, or RFPs directed to any developer ready and willing.

Nature of Work
The work offered by the DAO is varied and interesting.
From tasks to Build the DAO itself to DAO Portfolio Parameters bounties offered by the DAO Core Team to improve or grow the suite of products owned by the DAO, there’s always something to build or improve.
Generally speaking, the DAO will mostly acquire Web2 products.
This represents a large opportunity for any web2 freelancer who can join the community by building up ETH working for the DAO and eventually acquiring DAO Membership , Current Annual Percentage Yield (CAPY) and Yield Bonuses attached to any work.
DAO Grants
Have a super useful, amazing idea you want to build for the DAO? Anyone can build a proposal to seek funding from the DAO, provided the project is within the scope of the foundation, adds value, and materially increases the total output of the DAO.
